Vent Recorder

I'm looking for a freeware program that records Ventrilo Voice Over Internet Protocol (VOIP) conversations as I'm looking to make a podcast and this would be an easy way to have co-hosts and guests on my show. I know there are VOIP recorders out there as I've heard recordings of Vent chat before. Anyone know of any freeware programs that do this?

Ventrilo actually already has one built-in. Navigate to View>Record/Playback

although I guess the problem there would be that it does not save as a wav, mp3...etc.
