Needed file compare tool

I have many files. Some that are exactly the same but with different file names. Most are PDF.

Some are the same but 1 or 2 KB of in file size. Of these some have the same file names and some have different. But they are the same.

Then I have some mp3's that may have different file names or different sizes but are the same song.

Is there anything that can help with this. I want to delete the duplicates of the PDF's and the MP3's.

Is there anything smart enough to be able to look at the files and tell they are the same even though the title or size might be slightly different?
