Looking for free conference software

Hi,

I'm looking for a free conference software where we can share our application, desktop, presentation slide... something like a Microsoft netmeeting.

This is one of the important feature that I need in this software

Applications can be shared and not shared, depending on the users’preferences. Frames make it easy to tell which applications are being shared and which are local.
Programs can be easily and quickly switched between using the program taskbar, which is shared among participants.
Monitor which people can work in the shared program. Approve and deny participant requests to work in the program you introduce.

Will you be using this for business related use? www.vsee.com has a software that will to this that is free for personal use, but requires a fee for business use.
