Find the URL of streaming radio stations?

hi - i use this program called Screamer that plays online streaming radio stations if i can find the URL and paste it in to the program and i'm trying to add my local radio stations to it so i can switch stations much quicker than by using their own popup media players....i was using a program called "URL Snooper" but it(or WinPCap) apparently doesn't support my current adapter...is there another program or another way to find the address of these streams? i am able to right-click on some of these popup media players to get the address but most don't show even with that...
