Default A programme to make a pdf file from .jpg files

I want to make a pdf from 41 jpg files (scanned and adusted in Photoshop) with individual sizes from 800 kbs to 1.5 Mbs, with all having dimensions of 3503x4961 px.

I've tried using Libre Office Writer, but it can't cope with this number/size of images and looses images once I get to a certain stage.

The Canon software I have will make a pdf, but 8 out of the 41 pages are half size and Canon can't tell me what is wrong.

Will any of the existing pdf programmes cope with this ?

Robert

Yes I have.

There are also numerous free online services to to batch convert JPG files to PDF. I'm not recommending any as I do not use any online services that requires uploading my files.

Thank you.
eyeb - yes, I do have Photoshop - CS5 - so I will look at that.
EldonW - I wouldn't like the online option. Apart from security, it would take ages as my upload speed is 0.3 mbps and I can't get fibre. If Photoshop won't work, I'll try your suggestion.

If you don't come right, there are numerous other free PDF printers available.
Unfortunately I'm not familiar with the limitations of them all.
