Default Download files from the web to OneDrive

Hey,
is very annoying to download a file to my pc and then upload it to OneDrive.
Is there a program that will download the file directly to OneDrive?

You could set up your OneDrive account as a network drive, and then download directly to that drive. It works well although the performance isn't amazing, of course.

I don't know of any browser add-ons that do what you want, although Maxthon browser has this ability built in using their own cloud servers.

It is not hard to do. By default OneDrive stores files online-only. You can change that setting for individual files or folders or for all your files:
Online-only files and files available offline

So all you would have to do is have your download folder stored on OneDrive - it might be by default anyway - and then make it available off-line.

OK this wont work for me.
My upload speeds are freaking horrible, literally prohestorical. My upload speed is something like 45kb/s - Yes KB/S. My download speeds are at the best case 650kb/s (this is the best you get here in Germany for 95% of connections, though you pay for 50MB connections that not exist here yet)

So lets sat i want to download a book of 50MB, will come here after 3 minutes, and to upload it to onedrive will take at least 30 Minutes. So if i could download it directly to one drive would be really awesome.

The ways you describe is not helping since the file will be uploaded from my pc with my crappy connection :/

It would have helped to say that in your first post.

So how are you going to use the download once it is on OneDrive?

There are several web-based services that allow you to transfer files directly to your cloud storage. I've never used them and don't know if they are free or not. This one looks free http://ctrlq.org/save/
