Implementation Maybe you can't ...

How about trying a stupid Workaround?

Play the audio files from the Nokia speaker - use an old fashioned piece of hardware called a 'Microphone'* (connected to the computer), and a program like Audacity, to record the sounds ... without recording the prohibition of sharing those sounds with others.

(I always think outside the box. I'm afraid to tell them I lost track of that box years ago ... )

Microphone* - not as tiny as its name implies. Don't be surprised if you can actually SEE it without the use of a Microscope ...

Sorry, but we won't be offering any help to remove DRM protection.

If you have indeed somehow recorded the audio, then the files should be able to play on the system with VLC Media Player, as it is capable of playing the aac files.

However, if somehow any DRM protection is there, then the files might not play, and we cannot help with that.

You need to tell the model of your Nokia phone, and also how you recorded the audio.

You can try analyzing the file, with MediaInfo to see if the files are indeed aac, and if any DRM protection is there. I am not sure if MediaInfo will show that information, but it is worth a try. Also, please download the without installer version of MediaInfo to avoid any bundled software. If you download the exe, please be careful to avoid any extra bundled software.

You can also try Aimp, an audio player capable of playing aac files to play the files. The site is in Russian, but there is a language change option on the right hand side of the page, marked as "EN". Please choose that.

The forum is not being stuffy in refusing to help.

It is ILLEGAL to remove or even help remove DRM (in the UK at least - and probably elsewhere), but curiously not illegal to use the media once it has been removed.

Please specify your question.

If it is about removing DRM, I will repeat again that we won't offer any help for that.
