Default Backup and restore

I am looking for freeware that would allow me to make backups of certain folders and/or the entire disk and that can be schedule.

The primary need I would like to have, is..

1. Backup certain files or folders
2. Restore certain files or folders and not the complete backup.
3. Would like to see all files and folders available after backup
4. Would like to when scheduled, that same backup name is used but get updated with new backup.

I am currently using "AOMEI Backupper Standard Edition 2.2" which backup certain files but does not allow the restore of specific files and/or folders. (Not what I know of)

Regards.
