Default Is there a software that can assure the oem recovery?

Is there a software that can assure that the OEM recovery can be completed or to find out the problem in case the recovery does not complete its job?

Right now I am faced with a recovery problem, that is, it does not complete the recovery job and restarts the PC and, as the result, can not boot into Windows.

The recovery runs on well until it comes to the last portion of installing the OS, that is, the part where time zone and names are set.

The problem occurs no matter whether the recovery is run by hot keys or CD's.

Help, please.

Thanks.

no - not really.

most of those recovery disc(s) / software require your PC
to be almost exactly the same as the original PC was,
or - the recovery will often fail.

- actually had this happen, when the replacement hdd, - didn't have exactly the same size & No. of partitions
that the recovery software expected.
it just wouldn't restore the factory image, at all.
