Smile CAD for light structure steel fabrication

Find myself always stepping into strange territory.
I'm presently readying myself to build a small enclosed utility trailer for myself.
The enclosure will be made from light gauge angle iron, flat bar, square tubing, rectangular tubing, C channel, etc, all covered over with a thin gauge aluminum skin.
It will be mostly welded, with some bolting and some riveting.

This project I want to draw everything before I start the cutting and welding steps

I'm visualizing a bunch of icons across the top.
When I hover over it says, 'square tubing', 'angle iron', flat bar, whatever.

I'm visualizing clicking on it, then going down to the work page, clicking where I want the piece to start, then clicking again close to where I want to piece to stop.
I can go down to a small box in bottom right & type in the exact dimension I want.
And it can auto correct the length for me.

It would also clearly be nice to color/ shade the different types of metal.

Please advise.
To date I have seen nothing like this ever even being talked about.

Thank you in advance.
