Default ...is the best program for listing files and folders within a folder

I've come across software like this several times but I didn't pay much attention because I didn't think I needed it. Now I have a use for it.

I'm not looking for a program that actually replaces Windows Explorer, just one that serves this limited purpose.

What you need is a directory or folder printer.

I will recommend two of them.

dirhtml: http://dirhtml.home.comcast.net/~dirhtml/

Snap2HTML: http://www.rlvision.com/snap2html/about.asp

dirhtml has a lot of options, and it might take some time for you to understand them all. But, once you understand them, it's great for customization.

Snap2HTML is quite simple, and has a great output report in HTML.

Uhm, what about the built-in Windows functions?
