Default wps spreadsheet help do do you add more lines

Hi there,

I have a spreadsheet set up, its adding up my business books. I have columns going across, with things like fuel, raw materials, my outs, and a column for my sales. I start off with what I had in the bank, and as I put things in, it adds it up or takes it away, all works fine. Its in yellow going down in yellow balance, and next to it in yellow, paid in or out, all works fine, it adds or takes away all I put in. Then I have lots of space to add things, and at the bottom a pink line, but, it looks like I will need more lines from where I am now to that bottom pink line, but I dont know how to extend the pink line further down ???

Posting a screenshot would help to get more suggestions.
