Angry Forefront Client security

How do I uninstall Forefront Client Security by Microsoft when is is not listed in
the add/remove selection in Control Panel?

The first two suggestions envolves script which I have no knowledge. The last one
did not work in removing Forefront Client Security.Any other suggestuions??

Sorry but I don't short of Googling for some more material.
Maybe one of the more technically adept editors or members here can offer some alternatives.

Search for the uninstaller in Start> All programs>Forefront Client Security, the uninstaller might be in there. Look also inside the folder for Forefront in Program files.

FCS is not listed in All programs and Could not find under Microsoft Security under program files. Thanks alot
any other swuggestions?

Kenida, reinstall Forefront using their latest version, get it from their site. Afterward, reboot in safe mode and uninstall if the uninstaller shows up. This might do the trick for you.

Desire to try your suggestion but do not know how to uninstall in safe mode.

hm, this might be a bit simpler...

try to locate C:\Windows\Installer (it'll be hidden by computer so turn on show hidden and show protected files)

you'll find a lot of .msi files in there, those are all the things you've installed. go through each of them to find forefront and right click->uninstall

Where/how do I turn on hidden/protected files. this soloution apears what I can use. Thanks for the help enida
