In the plugins section, most of the plugins were about software, which I do not use. Also, most of the options are already incorporated in CCleaner, or other prevalent disk cleaning software.
Im looking for a total privacy cleaner for a system, a kind of "Remove all personal traces" that can be put on a USB drive and run against a public computer when you leave it. Many public systems use an imaging process that restore to a default system setting level on reboot, but then again, many do not.

IE 8 has the option to clean up IE related stuff on close, but I want this do remove MRUs, all browser traces, etc. for all of my user login efforts.

The easier, the better. One click option if possible (preconfiguring it is OK with me)

Suggestions?

While using IE8 on a public computer, you might want to consider using InPrivate Browsing (Ctrl-Shift-P), which "helps prevent IE from storing data about your browsing session. This includes cookies, temporary Internet files, history, and other data."
