Hi, welcome to the forum.
Please elaborate your problem. From what you have written, we cannot understand anything. Are you scanning your computer with any security software? If yes, which one? Any other details might help... like your OS. Also, what problems are you having with DVD burning? We would need more details please.

Again its not enough information.
Which antivirus software are you using? The "file not scanned" error is given by system, or your antivirus, or any other application? Which burning software are you using to burn the DVD? What is the exact error?

The message "file not scanned" is given by which application... McAfee, or Webroot? You can right click on the file, and then select to scan by McAfee AV. Are you sure the file has downloaded correctly?
How are you trying to burn the file? Do you want to burn it as a movie DVD? It won't be an easy process then, and you will have to take help from your friend or someone. The movie file has to be first extracted from the rar file. Then, it has to be observed... in what format the file is. If its in proper format, then a software like DVD Flick can burn it on a DVD. Otherwise, it has to be converted to a desired format. I think you should take help from a friend for that. It would be quite difficult to explain all the things here.
