Default Window 7 not seeing the DVD/CD drive

Hi All

I have an odd problem with a Samsung R519 laptop that has had W7 Enterprise installed via it's DVD it was running Home Premium but I need it to join a domain. Now that W7 Enterprise is installed the DVD/CD drive is not seen in the Device manager - so Samsung have not been much help, any thoughts?

Is your Intel Matrix Storage Manager installed? Get it from here http://www.samsung.com/us/support/de...l_name=NP-R519

Is ACHI enabled in your BIOS?
