When I was referring to the tweaking guide. It was the xp tweak guide found with RegScrubXP, another old utility that I used along with Erunt. Sorry

RegScrubXP never harmed my system but I felt it was a little too aggressive. I feel better using tuneup Utilities 2009. torresmagnifico found this little gem awhile back being offered for free.
