Did you download the drivers from the Epson site? If not there is always the chance that the drivers could be corrupted.
You'll find driver downloads at the following link as well as a troubleshooting guide: http://www.epson.com/cgi-bin/Store/s....jsp?oid=60421 You will need to sift through the list in order to obtain the correct drivers for your particular OS. Also, you can always try the following: right click on My Computer in the start menu>System Properties>Hardware>Device Manager. In Device Manager check to see if there are any yellow exclamation marks (if my memory is correct!), if there are then you can choose whether to disable or uninstall the offending driver. The aforementioned instructions are for XP; not certain about Vista or W7. Have you checked that the printer cable is connected to your PC properly? Hope this is of some help. ![]()
