my new dx7400

My newly installed EPSON dx7400 all in one printer is not giving me access to the
scanner and or the copier for a test b'cos there is no ink in one of the catridges. Please help me out.:confused: IB

Check if the ink cartridges are seated properly in their holders. Maybe pull them out then re-install them to be sure.

Also make sure that you have the latest drivers installed from the Epson website.
