It seems it happens when I connect my USB drive and it appears under Devices with Removable Storage.

It is listed as Local Disk H on my machine. WEIRD isn't it?

Like Sope said, it can be a system recovery partition. You are using a laptop or a PC? That kind of partition is most common with the laptops, which come with a pre-installed OS.

Can you open the partition, and see what files are there inside? That can give you some idea, as to what it is.
