Default Clock

The clock on my computer only displays in 24 hour (military time) how do I get it to display in 12 hour mode?

Thanks in advance

If you use Windows you can do that in Control Panel, Regional Settings.

Btw, the 24 hr format is not only used by the Military. Many European countries use it that way too.

Thanks a lot George. I live in the US & I am more accustomed to time displayed in 12 hr mode.

Alternatively you could always use a Windows clock replacement like this example:

There are a lot of different skins to choose from and the free version allows you to have a second clock on the desktop in addition to the Windows tray replacement if you so wish. There's also a countdown timer
