Default Process Lasso

There's so many "do nothing" programs out there that I would like to know, does Process Lasso really work, or is it just a waste of space and time ?

I have used Process Lasso free since I heard about it at Gizmo's. About five years ago I bought a single-user license. Later I upgraded to a household license. Both licenses are non-commercial.

Like much good software, you can run a free version to try it out. The video on the homepage at bitsum.com shows you what to do running the CPUEater program which should max out your CPU.

I tried out many of the options when I bought it but I really only use it for the default purpose of keeping my computer responsive to keyboard and mouse inputs.

See the difference between free and Pro versions .

You should have a look at the newly released CPUBalance. It a subset of Process Lasso which is more suitable for the home/desktop/laptop computers.

I would only have used CPUBalance if it had been available before now. Process Lasso is definitely better for servers.
