Default Please Help

Is there any freeware, malware, antivirus, etc.. While going through my win explorer, I found what appears to be entries in ?Russian? If so, I would need to install to flash drive. I have a couple of usb2 16gb drives. If yes, please be very specific. What format for thumb (flash) drive, all variables, as
I'm a bit handicapped.

Without seeing the entries it is difficult to know what has happened because there are so many potential sources. They could, for example, just be corrupted data from a damaged or dying disk. They could be from known or unknown bugs such as in the following link:
