Default win 7 professional is genuine?

pls, how can i verify if my copy of win 7 professional is genuine? i see "windows is activated" when i open system but i still receive a sign with a message about my windows isn'y genuine.: someone here coud help me to fix that? thanks!

There could be multiple issues in play here such as duff updates.

Bottom line if you have a key then it's genuine and you should contact Microsoft support if trying to reactivate it or making a system restore does not solve the problem.
Buy a Hoover and prove technology sucks.

The only way to be certain is to contact Microsoft. The downside is that your copy of Windows may not be "genuine".
