Default partition ( D: ) in my laptop is disappeared. How should I do?

After I mark partition ( D: ) (not C: ) as active in Disk Management, partition ( D: ) is disappeared. How should I do? Please give me solutions.

Why did you do that??
You can only have one active partition per disk.
The drive letters (for example C and D) are not fixed and change according to which partition is booted from and by convention the partition that was booted from is called C.
For example: I have several versions of Windows on different partitions on one drive 98,XP,2000,and Win 7. Each calls its home partition C when booted to.

It can be a lot more complicated than that, but requires thorough knowledge of disk architecture and mapping to not get confused.
