Please have a look at this link here:

This was in one of the two webpages, for which I had posted the links earlier.

Thunderbird is similar to Outlook.
You don't have to change your email address.
It simply organizes your mail.

Visit the official website: http://www.mozillamessaging.com/en-US/thunderbird//

Try also Affixa. After installation, you can add Gmail or Yahoo! Mail and enter the email address and password as the defined email account. When you click, e.g. mailto:abc123, the recipient "abc123" will be saved into the draft folder of the defined email account.

See: A Freebie that Integrates Gmail, Yahoo Mail into Windows

However, personally I prefer an email program which works better for me.

To use an email program such as Outlook Express or Thunderbird, the user is required to configure the email program with the incoming and outgoing mail servers of the email provider (Gmail or Yahoo Mail, etc).

See here for a guide on settings of the various mail servers.

Ok...I got everything to work...I downloaded the yahoo toolbar in order for yahoo to be the default mail. And no more pop up.

Now I would like to know why my computer is slower than a turtle after I totally clean it. It was faster before I cleaned it now I'm wating a good minute or so for the page to load.

Also...is Firefox faster than IE8? I don't know too much about it and if its faster I'll switch in a heartbeat. Thanks again for all the help

Please define what you mean by "cleaning your computer"? How did you clean it? What did you do to "clean it"?

There are so many factors that influence the speed in which a webpage loads:
1. How much RAM do you have? If you have anything less than 1 GB or RAM, you need to buy more RAM.
2. How do you connect to the internet? Do you have dial-up, DSL, Cable or something else?
3. How large is your temporary internet files setting?
4. If you are using IE7 or 8, I strongly suggest that you move to Firefox or even Opera.

Depending upon your answers to these questions will impact how we might suggest you speed up your internet/page loading. There are tweaks that you can do for different types of modems. There is a program that speeds up Firefox. You might not have enough RAM. You might want to try emptying your temporary internet files or you might not have that setting set high enough. You might need to defrag your computer.

At this point, I just don't have enough information yet to answer your question.

Google Chrome is best performing browser. Firefox is the most popular browser. Opera is the lightest browser [It consumes the least amount of memory/resources].

Firefox also has the most features if you look at its add-ons: https://addons.mozilla.org/
It's faster than IE, but that's isn't the most important aspect. The most important is it's security, safety, and stability.
Best of all, you can personalize Firefox to fit your way of life.

I vote for K-meleon, boy it's quick. About 100 times faster than my Firefox mainly because I have lugged Ffx down with about 30 plugins

K-meleon is a stripped-down version of Ffx, it doesn't do anything except browse, but it's rapid on that. Good for editing a CMS, WordPress etc as well, somehow it zips through those scripts.
