The hard drive is failing most probably. Find out the make of the hard drive by using Speccy, and then download the hard drive diagnose tool from the manufacturer website, and run a scan.

Also, backup your important files from the hard drive somewhere safe.

Hi guys; update on the HDD issue; well i change to another Sata HDD,installed Win 7 and then upgraded to win 10 TP and all good,
i really don't like to deal with software or hardware Issues,too much to my head,i always like to go the easier route;
on the other HDD that had the HDD Error failing, i installed Ubuntu14.04 and no error notifications,i keep it as spare,in case i'm not given a free Win 10 RTM.

Hi guys Update on HDD failure,i did the test in Ubuntu 14.04,although it doesn't show any signs of failure,
here the results.
For now i will run it in Ubuntu till it fails,besides in my opinion ,for me Ubuntu 14.04 better than win 7 or 10,i just stream and browse though ,
i'll keep the good HDD with Win10 Tp installed and will check it out when Win 10 RTM comes out , if MS requires money then screw it, i'll keep free Ubuntu 14.04 very happily.
