Default WIN7 iso File - Do I open or Save?

About to install Ubuntu on a Win 7 Laptop for dual booting but before doing so decided to not just backup files etc. but to also take the time at last to create a full Win 7 installation disc as per the directions of Vic Laurie (or God as he is known in or house). Went to download the ISO file and was given the option to
“Open with isoRCCopy50.file” (the default) or
“Save the File”.
I assume I simply just save to disc and then burn it but never having previously played with an ISO file I thought I should check.
Sorry to ask such a darn fool question but hopefully if god is busy one of his angels might have time to answer.

I suppose you are referring to this article? You should choose "Save File". Once you've saved it you can burn it to a disk any time.
