Default Unable to play video file

installed pot player, when try to replay video file, will not play, message is " The file does not exist or can not be accessible", when click on 'more info', message reads, "C:usersPC app data local temp 1.avi...have tried downloading again, same result, tried MediaPlayerClassic instead, similar result, "file not found", not a geek, totally lost...any ideas?

Maybe the file is getting corrupted while downloading. Or that you've locked the file.

Are you using an external download manager?

That file is in a location for temporary files so it has probably been deleted by the application that placed it there. That is very likely as you get the same problem with PotPlayer and Media Player Classic.

I guess that not being a geek you haven't used the file path details in the message to see if you can find the file and open it directly. If it wasn't there that would confirm my suspicion.

So the likely solution for you is to get the file so it doesn't disappear. To tell you how we need more information such as exactly what you are doing:
How are you downloading it?
Which program did you originally play the video in?
How are you attempting to replay it - using a shortcut or icon or what?
