Need advice on Windows XP 64-Bit
I was planning on getting the a Dell Optiplex 760 USFF and installing Windows XP 64-Bit. But I wanted to know if it will work or not. I know that I have to get drivers for it and I did find this:

I did install Windows XP 64-Bit on a friends PC (an HP) and it worked perfectly. I even installed all the software that I wanted but the only thing missing was the audio drivers. I saw that Dell had drivers but I wanted to make sure that they worked on the Optiplex 760 USFF before investing time and money. Any advice?

By the way, I'll be using this for offline stuff.

I can't see any reason why it shouldn't work. Dell Optiplex 760 USFF would have been tested for x64 as they sold it with downgrade rights for those who didn't want Vista. It looks like you also have all the x64 drivers you need available for download.

Just to clarify for others who read this, it's not "Windows XP 64-bit" - that was for Itanium processors only - but "Windows XP x64" which is short for "Windows XP Professional x64".
