Default weDownload Manager

A guest user inadvertently downloaded/installed weDownload Manager. As many of you likely know, it is exceedingly difficult/resistant to deletion. Its many files were hidden in the Registry and the software itself does not appear on any list of programs that would otherwise enable straightforward "uninstall." I've managed to reveal the hidden files in the Registry, but they will not permit deletion. There must be a way to rid this computer of this insidious malware. No anti-malware software detects it. How to get rid of it...permanently? In Google Chrome, after deleting the weDownload Manager Extension, after a time, it re-activates and disables popup blockers. HELP! This machine is Vista Home Premium 64-bit. Thank you for your attention and, I hope, effective assistance.

I suppose the "guest" wasn't using a Guest Account otherwise they wouldn't have been able to install anything in the first place. Anyways, you should seek help on a forum which specializes in malware removal, e.g. Bleeping Computer. Be sure you follow their advice closely.
