Welcome to the forum.

Which browser are you using? Did you try viewing with a different browser?

Which version of Adobe Flash Player are you using? Are you using the latest version?

Please tell the exact version of the Flash Player installed. This can be found out by going to Add-ons in Firefox, and then clicking on Plugins tab. Look for Shockwave Flash, in the Plugins list.

The latest version of Flash Player is 11.8.800.94

Trying uninstalling and then reinstalling Adobe Flash Player as well as Adobe Air (if you've it) after closing all your browsers.

I've been trying other browsers, Chrome and Opera, and didn't like them as well as Firefox. After trying them I went back to Firefox and the MSN videos are working again. I don't know what happened to make the videos work again, but I am very grateful it is fixed. Thank you so much for your help.
