Hey folks.
Im currently using Windows Vista Home premium. My original Vista installation DVD came as an upgrade with my laptop which was released just before Vistas release and qualified for a free Vista upgrade. My Installation disc is labelled under Acer and states that it will only work with an approved Acer PC/Laptop. My main question is this: The Installation DVD is pre Vista SP1, so would there be any way for me to use that disc (even though it is an acer specific Disc) and slipstream it with SP1 (I only have that installed via Windows update, I have no setup files) and SP2 (this is currently downloading through Automatic Updates, I only found out about it a few minutes ago, so im trying it out for the first time. Thanks for your time. Yours, Beev |
