Problem in connecting Iphone with laptop

Hi there,

I am David Blumenson and recently joined Gizmo's. I need help from the senior member to solve the issue . When I am trying to connect my Iphone with the laptop, the Iphone is not detecting on the laptop. I have tried this 2-3 time. I don't know the reason, why this problem is coming. If anyone know solution please help me with right guidance.

For someone to provide a detailed response we will need to know which Windows operating system you are using. Have you also checked to make sure that none of your Windows security programs, especially a third party firewall, are blocking this?

What is not detecting the iPhone?
The operating system, ie Windows or Mac OS.
An application such as iTunes.

Apple support is some help. Here's links for Windows and iTunes but I suggest that you do them in a different order as below:

2. Check the USB cable
Restart iPhone
Restart computer
3. Verify that Apple Mobile Device Support is installed (Windows)
4. Restart the Apple Mobile Device Service (Windows)
5. Verify that the Apple Mobile Device USB Driver is installed (Windows)
Recharge iPhone
1. Update iTunes
Reinstall iTunes (Windows)
6. Check for third-party software conflicts - but don't uninstall other applications until you've exhausted the options.
