Default Freemake Video Converter youtube/mp3 Issues

I've had Freemake Video Converter on this laptop for a while and it's always been fine, but I just tried to convert a youtube video (which plays perfectly in IE11, Chrome and Firefox) to mp3 and got the following screen:

Have you tried Freemake Support. The issue might be covered in their FAQs.

I did and it's not. I posted a question to their support but have received no reply.

I think Google keeps changing something so that videos cannot be downloaded, and software like Freemake have to keep changing too, in order to download them. So, it might be that issue. Maybe they will fix it soon in next version. Do you have the latest version?
