Default Daum Pot Player Codec Settings?

I use PotPlayer as my default media player and love what it does EXCEPT for the fact that media files OTHER than those encoded in AC3 or DTS (I use the pass through option and let my surround sound receiver handle the decoding) play at markedly lower volumes. When I use other media players to play these files (eg. Windows Media Player, Jet Audio, GOM Player) the audio levels are normal, which points to some sort of problem with the Codec selection within PotPlayer. Does anybody have any suggestions?
