Default Readability of FastStone Image Viewer

The type size of menu items and icons in this software are smaller than I'd like them to be, but I have not found a built-in way to increase the size of the type of the menus. I wrote to FastStone Customer Support weeks ago, and never received a reply. Does anyone here know a solution?
(My O.S.=Windows 7 Pro 64bit)
P.S. Please don't suggest I adjust the Windows O.S. readability settings. I don't want to alter the user interface for ALL my programs just to fix ONE program that is not to my liking.

I was just using FastStone Image Viewer and noticed that the icons could be larger. It's the same with a couple of other image viewers that I've reviewd.

I use Microsoft ZoomIt. It zooms the entire the screen so it may not be what you want.

The default is a passive mode where you zoom but can't interact. LiveZoom provides the ability to interact. I zoomed by +25% and found it much easier to see.
