Default Kompozer exe file missing in download

Hi, I have downloaded kompazer 4 times now and it does not contain the exe file that is used to launch the program. Any idea how to fix this?

I am running ubuntu 14.04, just installed it and am chasing a heap of bugs so maybe that is related.

Any help greatly appreciated

You can't execute a windows executable on Linux. Some Windows programs will install using WINE.

As far as I'm aware, Kompozer was dropped from the repos since it is no longer maintained in Debian.
Buy a Hoover and prove technology sucks.
