Question Can't Restore Files I Backed Up with Back Up Maker

Backer Up maker is one of the recommended back up programs in Best Free Hard Drive Backup Program
Has anyone else had trouble restoring their backed up files ?
I had to factory reset my HP G62 Laptop ( Win7/ 64bit ) but I factory reset I backed up my files using BackUp Maker and now I can't restore them eeekkk . After the reset I installed BackUp Maker but every time I try to restore the files I get a error message the the Zip file can't be opened
Please if any one can offer advice because I don't want to loss my backed files.

Haven't used Backup Maker, maybe you could use their forum for posting your problem

cheers George, I gave up I think the zip file must have become corrupted . I may try it again in the future but no surprises I'm a little hesitant.

I'm sure you've already thought of this but can the zip be opened with any other software?

I'm not sure of the issue either unless the file became corrupt on your hard drive. I tested a backup using Backup Maker and had no problem opening the zip file or restoring it with Backup Maker.
