Webpage Changes Notification

What is a good software/website to track changes to webpages which otherwise can't be subscribed too?

I am currently monitoring almost 300 webpages using page2rss but the problem with that is that its giving me updates to ads all the time, which is annoying

Is there a way monitor a webpage for changes without ad for free and get notification by e-mail/rss feed?

I am trying out Changedetection. Is it possible to monitor many pages like me or is there a limit?

Any other method/software i should try out?
