Red face Comodo Autorun Analyzer

Before I ran these programs I had no glaring issues on my computer, I just wanted to make sure that it was clean. I followed all the steps and everything can out clean until I got to the Autorun analyzer.Even though I ran it twice after I did the cleaner I got 1347 hits(without the safe entries). Only(!)31 are listed and of those only two are red. Am I supposed to check all of those on the Comodo site? could I have so much malware without noticing problems on my PC?
I tried to upload my files to Comodo, there were only about 15. Most were normal and I will report them as false positives. A few were unknown and I sent the to be analyzed. A few files however don't seem to exist! I can't find them on my searches or according to their path - what does that mean?

For the unknown files did you submit them to be whitelisted via this topic? If not then please do so. This will ensure that they are whitelisted, if appropriate, as quickly as possible.

For the files flagged as red did you submit them as false positives on this page? If not then please do so.

As for the ones which you say don't seem to exist, can you please post a screenshot of one of them?

Thank you.

I'd suggest that you go to the following link and read about this program:

http://help.comodo.com/topic-119-1-3...run-Items.html

I suspect that the list is an entire list of things that startup when your computer starts. Please read the help section before you do anything with the items on this list.

rr is following my guide about How to Know If Your Computer is Infected, which can be found here:

I'll do as you suggest. When I looked for the attached file in the folder I couldn't find it in order to submit it but now when a pressed on it, it appeared from the registry.

I'm sorry, but I can't really see very much in your screenshot as it is too small. However, from what you said, I'm a little bit confused. Are you saying that there appears to be no file associated with the entry? The entry is only associated with a registry key?

Also, for those entries what happens when you right-click on it and select jump to folder?

Thanks.

Default missing file

Okay what happens is that when I jump to file the file is there but when I try to upload it to Comodo the folder that the file is in -appdata for example doesn't seem to exist. What exactly do you want me to take a screen shot of? tell me and I'll make it bigger

I think I know what is going on.

To see all files, or folders, you will need to alter your computer to show hidden files and folders. Googling that should help you to figure out how to do it, but if you let me know which operating system you are using I can direct you to a more appropriate website with instructions.
