This band from Mexico makes good music with superb lyrics. The first song is a tribute to Chico Mendes sang a la Dylan, the lyrics could have been written by Dylan. Beautiful ballad.

Easy to follow translation while listening to the song.

This is the story behind Duane Allman meeting Eric Clapton, great story as told by Eric and Tom Dowd. Huge highlight for Duane, who died three years later at age 23.

Part of the fun when listening to Duane and Eric jamming is trying to figure out who is playing this sound or that sound. In this precious interview, Dowd also talks about Layla and identifies the licks.

The jamming session after the Brothers concert in 1970 Miami. Duane plays in two of the jams. Jam V is my favorite, starts at 57:40.

Great song Panzer, great guy John Denver was. Nice to remember him.

At about the same time John was giving us great songs like Rocky mountain high, JT was doing the same. Here is JT and his guitar.

Great to see old Joe doing great. He is a survivor.

There are at least three or four versions of this song that I love. I have never made my mind which one is my favorite cause they all sound great. In one Neil plays guitar and harmonica, on this one he plays the piano with the harp.

They all have one thing in common, they are very slow. This rock song is so slow that the original recording, released in 1970, was performed at three AM.
