MX-15 Linux - "KDE added" version but used with default Xfce desktop (customized).

Does this mean that you can customize MX-15, so that you can select either KDE or Xfce Desktop, according to your whim, every time you open MX-15?

This is correct, provided you download the "KDE Added" version.

It is of course possible to install additional DE's into other distros and then select between them when you login but I've always encountered system issues doing this.
Some other distros also come with a variety of DE's pre-installed but again I've encountered issues with these. MX-15 though (so far) is proving to be 100% reliable.

It defaults to the Xfce desktop until you select the KDE session after which it will automatically boot into KDE thereafter.
