Android doesn't need defragging. SSD's (Solid State drives) are similar to the storage used in Android devices. Defragmentation won't speed anything up on that type of storage but can damage it by unnecessary write cycles reducing it's life.

Any Defrag app you see for Android is a scam or worse, so avoid them.
