Yup, as Microsoft is an US-American company, it is required to ask the NSA if it wants to export security tools. All documented. Oh, also the NSAKEY "issue" is from 1999, quite a few Windows versions ago. Is that all you have got? The times they are a-changin'.

(Also, Secunia is quite a good source. Just use it. How many exploits per week do you need to accept that Linux is not related to security?)
