On the page that Remah linked to, click on 'get Windows Media Player 11 (for Windows XP)' instead of 'learn more' - or 'Get it Now' the blue button in XP, under Vista.

I think you can only install WMP 11 on Vista, same as XP. You should get this page;

Select your OS via the radio buttons, click next and follow from there.

I'm using Vista and WMP is version 11. Remah linked to the correct page.
