Depends on your system specs of course but pretty much everything you want is included with Kororaa which was the objective behind the distro. Flash and a few other bits you might need can soon be had using KPackageKit, although the inital updates are a bit hefty if you're on a slow connection. Many distros suffer this though so Kororaa is not alone.

Although not ultra heavy, Kororaa is not exactly light either but modern machines have no issues with this and you can always edit your desktop effects if you're not fussed about having all the candy.
Buy a Hoover and prove technology sucks.
