I've always thought V10 of Mint to be the best, but others might have a different opinion.
On my system, I always get the best results from an ISO using a DVD irrespective of the size and burning at 4x with ImgBurn. This always proves more reliable than using CD's (where size is possible) and/or using Brasero or K3B on Linux.
