Distro's like Bohdi and iQunix will no doubt become a useful avenue for the seasoned Linux users. I recently tried Kubuntu 11.04 on vBulletin and I found it contained multiple utilities that performed the same function. For new Linux users these loaded distro's may be very helpful. For the experienced user it may seem like bloat.

The only suggestion I would offer to developers is to give a choice of desktops at install such as Enlighthenment, Gnome 3, KDE or Unity. To be honest I'm not even sure if such a thing is possible. More likely it will remain as separate downloads for different flavors of the distro.
