I am very impressed how configurable Ubuntu 10.10 is.

Something that may throw the new user is that its easy to think they erased something our deleted a setting and when the go to the help forum they either can't find anything to address the problem or they get this long drawn out command line procedure. In most cases they accidentally deleted a tool-bar applet. If they stay calm they will find its super easy to fix by accessing the tool-bar applets by left clicking the tool-bar and adding an applet or by modifying the already active applet.

Because of things like this. I find Ubuntu's support very much inept.
